This project presents, among others, two chamber opera premieres, Ela, Hela a stop (Ela, Hela and Hitchhiking) by Lukáš Sommer on the early text of Václav Havel, and Dýňový démon ve vegetariánské restauraci (The Pumpkin Demon in a Vegetarian Restaurant) by Ondřej Kyas on Pavel Drábek's libretto and on Tomáš Studený's recipe. As a special guest, Second Movement brings Bohuslav Martinů's Surrealist chamber opera Knife’s Tears (Larmes du couteau) in Oliver Mears's successful production, conducted by Nicholas Chalmers. These performances are unique encounters of young opera professionals who aim at performing chamber opera in a fresh and vivid style accessible even non-opera fans
- joint concerts of the chamber orchestra and Masaryk University Choir
Operas in Progress: A Chimpanzee Tram Driver (Šimpanz řidičem tramvaje) and The Pumpkin Demon in a Vegetarian Restaurant (Dýňový démon ve vegetariánské restauraci)
